In 1983 the two Vallelonga brothers Frank and Tony decided that rather than selling another manufacturers produce boxes that they would start their own factory and make their own. From the humble beginnings of a simple shed on their fathers vineyard to the most sophisticated EPS manufacturing facility money could buy. It quickly developed a name for quality and service and a brand they are still immensely proud of.

A 100% Australian Owner family business, with the directors children building careers in the company, with plans to ensure their grandchildren do also.
Our EPS core is manufactured on site created from only the best quality materials. Our EPS is then custom cut to go into our Enviropanel Coolroom Panels and Envirospan Roofing panels. We also sell our EPS Blocks and custom cut sheets shaped parts and both large and small EPS Voids.
Rather than racing around buying accessories, to make your job easier we stock and sell a range of products to help build your project. We stock Fasteners, Sealants, Suspensions, Extrusions and even make Custom Flashings.
